Terms of use

These terms apply when you use OBUSKKO DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM ("OBUSKKO", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them, to our privacy policy and to our refund policy.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put others at risk or are used for fraud.

Creating products

• You review your product before paying. The creation fee shown in the app applies only when you approve a completed product.
• AI-generated content can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking facts, claims and suitability before you publish or sell anything.
• We do not guarantee sales, income, results or the success of any product.
• AI revisions are limited per project; editing by hand is not limited.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the products you create and pay for, subject to any rights of others.
• You give us the permission we need to store, process and display your content in order to provide the service.
• You must have the rights to anything you upload, including photos of people, documents and recordings, and to any likeness used for AI presenter videos.
• You must not create or upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive or harmful.

Marketplace

• Each product's licence, shown on its page, sets out what buyers may do with it. Private label rights (PLR) apply only where the licence says so.
• Sellers must have the rights to everything they list. We review listings and may remove them.
• The platform fee and payout terms shown in the app apply to sales.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown in the app. We only treat a payment as complete once it has been verified with Paystack.

Affiliates

The affiliate programme is subject to our affiliate terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may change features, prices for new orders and these terms; significant changes will be announced.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first through the support page; we will try to resolve any problem quickly and fairly.
